My name is John McCaslin, and I am an automobile journalist. I have been passionate about automobiles since childhood and was eager to pursue this passion professionally. I attended college for a degree in journalism with a focus on automotive writing, and upon graduation, I began my career at an auto magazine as a staff writer. Since then, I have reported on events from the Detroit Auto Show to races around the world. My articles cover everything from the newest car models to discussions of how cars influence our culture.

In addition to my writing work, I also provide commentary for television shows covering the latest trends in vehicle design and technology. My experience has enabled me to provide knowledgeable insights into new developments within the auto industry that are affecting consumers today as well as predicting where it might be heading tomorrow.

Outside of work, my interests include driving classic cars and attending vintage car rallies across Europe with friends who share my love of all things automotive!
